  • This is an excellent book and Gregory Frost is one of the better Celtic fiction authors (although probably not as well known as some). He remains true to Celtic myth while presenting the tales to the modern audience using his own unique story-telling abilities. Many other writers have written books based on the legends of Cu Chullain, but Frost's Remscela (along with Tain) are some of the best ones out there.

Definitely recommended for fans of Celtic mythology. Frost has a great dry wit that runs through the stories.
